Hey i found the problem. Apr 06 2017 6 07pm. Me and my circuit tester decided that the installer connected it to the right connector just the wrong color wire. In order to power the third brake light on a truck bed cap you will need the pacer performance 3rd brake light logic module part pp20 702 the reason you need the module is that the brake turn signal circuits and trailer lighting circuits are combined so you need to separate the brake turn signals or else the third brake light would blink when turning.
